LIMITED PARTS ONLY WARRANTY - RERUN TRUCK PARTS: ReRun Truck Parts warrants all ReRun Truck Parts used, and surplus parts, drive components, front drive axles, rear drive axles, carriers, transmissions, transfer cases, power dividers, and engine assemblies manufactured or modified by ReRun Truck Parts for a period of 180 DAYS from the date of purchase. ReRun Truck Part’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a part found by an authorized representative of ReRun Truck Parts to be defective, provided, however, that such defect is identified and reported to ReRun Truck Parts within 180 days following the date of purchase. ReRun Truck Parts reserves the right to approve repair or replacement of defective ReRun Truck Parts at our sole discretion. All warranty repair work must be authorized by ReRun Truck Parts prior to any work being performed or the claim will be denied. If, in the opinion of ReRun Truck Parts, the parts are found to be defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, ReRun Truck Parts’ will refund the purchase price to the Purchaser. This limited warranty is non-transferrable.

1) ReRun Truck Parts limited parts warranty does not cover: electrical parts, towing, down time, progressive damage, antifreeze, oil, filters or oil leaks (oil, oil filters, gaskets and seals must be replaced by the customer at the time of installation of the used parts). Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper maintenance or improper application are also not covered by this warranty.
2) For engines purchased from ReRun Truck Parts, the limited engine warranty covers the basic long block and does not include engine accessories, including but not limited to: wiring, electronic control modules, electronic sensors, sending units, glow plugs, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, carburetors, throttle bodies, water pumps, air compressors, A/C compressors, power steering pumps, turbos, oil coolers, after coolers, fan clutches, flywheels, alternators, starters, distributors, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, engine brakes, engine covers or motor mounts.
3) Any modifications to this limited warranty shall be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ReRun Truck Parts in order to be binding on ReRun Truck Parts.
4) The original sales invoice must accompany all warranty claims. Purchaser must keep receipts showing dates, mileage and service performed and/or materials purchased and furnish them to ReRun Truck Parts when presenting a claim.

THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURED OR MODIFIED PARTS: For any parts manufactured or modified by a third party and supplied to ReRun Truck Parts for purpose of sale or incorporation into work performed by ReRun Truck Parts for the Purchaser, ReRun Truck Parts makes no warranty except that of title for any such parts or related service. All implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. All remanufactured or new parts supplied by a manufacturer or vendor to ReRun Truck Parts and sold to the Purchaser will carry ONLY the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty and will NOT be subject to ReRun Truck Parts’ limited parts warranty set forth herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ReRun Truck Parts will in no event be liable under any theory of recovery to Purchaser, any successor in interest, or any beneficiary, for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages, for any defect in, or failure of, or malfunction of parts, or any services provided by ReRun Truck Parts, regardless of whether such claims are based upon loss of use, lost profits or revenue, interest, lost good will, work stoppage, impairment of other goods, loss by reason of shutdown or non-operation, increased expenses of operation or claims of Purchaser for service interruption regardless of whether such loss or damage is based on contract warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability or otherwise. GOVERNING LAW: This Limited Part Only Warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska notwithstanding any conflict of laws principles of said jurisdiction that might require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days with a copy of the sales invoice and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be permitted for electrical parts, whether new, used, or exchange.
