New take off Fontaine fifth wheel with 12" air slider. 7 1/4" tall from top of fifth wheel plate. Model SL6LWB725012. this was on a new truck and hooked to trailer with no grease and has slight chaffing on outside edge of fifth wheel. This should not affect the performance of this unit.
