Holset / PACCAR OEM P/N 2321593 , serial H213479034 , build # V030587 : H2134 ; casting stamps FLM1 , 5639298 29 268 . Includes VGT actuator 5637000 , S/N 2124900038 . Part had temperature probe on exhaust side that should not cause any functionality issues.
