Continual improvement of all OEM designs is an
ongoing effort for all Delco Remy products. These
same engineering improvements are integrated into
remanufactured product designs.

Starters are completely disassembled and inspected.
Out-of-spec parts are discarded and replaced;
remanufactured units are then treated against
corrosion.

All fasteners are replaced with new OE fasteners
then tightened to OEM specifications.

A patented Semi-Solid Link solenoid is installed on
every reman unit. This technology helps avoid
mechanical solenoid failure due to low system voltage.

Every unit is thoroughly tested to meet OE specifications
for electrical and mechanical load performance prior to
