Good, used oil filter base from a caterpillar 3126 engine. The oil filter base has been visually inspected and is in good working condition. There is not any visible damage to the oil filter base. There is minor paint chipping on the oil filter base. The threads on the oil filter base are in good working condition. The bolt holes are clean and clear from obstruction.
