Good, used steel harmonic balancer from a Volvo D13 engine. The steel harmonic balancer has been inspected and appears to be in good working condition. There is no visible damage to the steel harmonic balancer. The bolt holes are clear and in good condition. There is minor rust seen on the steel harmonic balancer. The steel harmonic balancer threads are in good condition. There are minor scratches seen on the steel harmonic balancer. Most of the paint has worn off of the steel harmonic balancer. There is minor corrosion seen on the steel harmonic balancer. There are minor chips seen on the outside of the harmonic balancer. The casting number is not visible.
